Impact crushers work according to the impact-and-blow principle. The material to be crushed is caught by a spinning rotor equipped with blow bars, accelerated and hurled against a stationary impact wall (the breaker plates), from where it is fed again into the crushing radius of the rotor.
The impact chamber features variable rotor speed and hydraulic apron setting assist to provide convenient and efficient adjustment of the chamber aprons. It is also fitted with hydraulic overload protection system as standard. The machine is built around a robust direct drive ® Ø1034mm x 1000mm (Ø41.5" x 40") impact crusher.
Its body, together with shaft and bearings, forms the "heart" of the impact crusher. GSK-Rotor. This patented rotor is HAZEMAG's own design and is a cast and welded steel construction, with individually cast rotor discs welded to the rotor body, to accommodate the proprietary blow bars as primary crushing implements.
Single Rotor Crusher. Single rotors crushers are often used for high load applications or where a specific custom rotor is needed. Single Drum Rotor Crusher. Single Drum Crushers are often used in a flooded state application to break down your product to a targeted size with an interchangeable sizing screen. 8 Crusher Series and 50 Configurations.
Impact Crusher. The impact crusher uses horizontal and high-speed moving rotors to crush materials, which can help the producer to obtain a fine-grained and evenly distributed product. Impact crushers are widely used in the production of construction aggregates and crushing construction and demolition waste.
Feb 22, 2020· Balanced Rotors in all impact crushers should be standard from the original equipment manufacture (OEM). The balance of the rotor is extremely important and will ensure the rest of the crushing plant structure has a long and event free life. It will also ensure the bearings of the rotor …
Impact Crushers lippmann T16:59:40-05:00 Our impact Crushers are designed specifically for demanding aggregate and recycle operations. Lippmann impact crushers are fabricated to provide cost efficient crushing solutions to customers, without losing strength or efficiency.
This helps the crusher to operate safely and boosts productivity. MEKA primary impact crushers are equipped with a hydraulic lifter, which allows the user to open the crusher's Upper body for easy maintenance and easy access to the rotor, blow bars and wear parts.
Impact crushers (also known as impactors or horizontal shaft impactors) can be used in primary, secondary, or tertiary applications. They use inertia of the blowbars fitted to the rotor to fracture the material, resulting in a high reduction ratio.
The Rotor is statically balanced in the factory to insure smooth operation; Crusher Frame: Upper and Lower crusher frames constructed of 5/8″ plate; Replaceable 1 1/4″ wear resistant alloy steel frame liners. (Two) crusher opening cylinders with hydraulic pump (Two) safety …
May 13, 2013· ⑥ After overhaul of the impact crusher or repair of the rotor, do ensure that the rotor can rotate flexible and evenly. The impact plate shall be exchanged at the same time; otherwise, the unbalanced rotor will cause the vibration of the impact crusher. Our company is a professional and reliable impact crusher manufacturer. More information ...
Impact crushers (also known as impactors or horizontal shaft impactors) can be used in primary, secondary, or tertiary applications. They use inertia of the blowbars fitted to the rotor to fracture the material, resulting in a high reduction ratio. Impactors are often used as a cost effective alternative to jaw and cone combination plants as ...
Jul 16, 2021· The working conditions of impact crusher are severe, which will aggravate the wear of rotor bearing. Once the rotor fails, the cost of repair and replacement is very high, and replacement is very difficult. So, it is very important to take effective measures to increase the service life of rotor bearings in impact crusher.
Vertical shaft impact crushers. Vertical shaft impact crushers take the full advantage of so-called rock-on-rock crushing process. In vertical shaft impact crushers, the crushable material is fed through the centre of the rotor, where it is accelerated to high speed before being discharged through openings in the rotor …
The impact crusher (typically PE series) is widely used and of high production efficiency and good safety performance. The finished product is of cube shape and the tension force and crack is avoided. Compared with hammer crusher, the impact crusher is able to fully utilize the high-speed impact energy of entire rotor.
Impact crusher is a machine that uses high speed impact energy rather than pressure to reduce material size. Applications widely utilized in aggregate, mining, energy, brick and so on industrial applications, depending to the type of an impact crusher, they can be used as a primary, secondary, or tertiary crushers to meet final-product-size needs.
Impact crusher rotor-Rotors- Spare Parts. Impact crusher rotor introduction Impact Rotor is a core part of impact crusher. Rotor with high speed will accelerate the materials and drive the impact plate. The …
PFC Hydraulic impact crusher with the advanced world standard is latest generation product, absorbing the latest technology around the world. Because the rotor is the key part of the impact crusher and also the most critical part of inspection and acceptance, our company develop and produce the strong and heavy type rotor in order to get the higher rotary inertia.
An impact crusher is disclosed having a rotor carrying a pair of hammer bars, with each hammer partly within an axially extending peripheral slot diametrically opposite each other. A portion of each leading hammer face within the slot and a facing wall of the slot cooperate to define therebetween a generally cylindrical cavity parallel to …
